When getting XOOPS from CVS i get this error after install and setup:

Fatal error: main() [function.main]: Failed opening required '/srv/trialsofatlantis/www/kernel/handlerregistry.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /srv/trialsofatlantis/www/include/common.php on line 79
Warning [PHP]: main(/srv/trialsofatlantis/www/kernel/handlerregistry.php) [function.main]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in file include/common.php line 79

If i get that file from a zip release it works fine.

The handler registry has been removed.

Looks like the included common.php is an old one.
Grab this one instead.
