I'm using the latest version of XOOPS and for some reason, the administration menu isn't avaliable for users' whose status i change nor are the perks of being a admin...

I'm trying doing this because i also can't get XOOPS gallery to allow users to create gallreies, so i made them admins, and that still didn't work.

I even manually changed the database's data and still no dice.

Any ideas?

XoopsGallery doesnt use the XOOPS permission system, so you need to configure it from within the XoopsGallery app. There should be a link somewhere within the gallery pages that brings you to a page wehre you can set the permissions.

Even outside of gallery, i can't change the permissions of the users... Any ideas?
