site freezes on user.php

my site loads fine, but when i try to log in from the side bar to my website, it shows the busy hourglass on the mouse like its loading user.php and it just sits there but doesnt do anything, just stays and hangs, what can i do to fix this

Hmmmmmmm...

Sounds like an upload problem.I had that problem on my first upload.Did you get any errors while uploading.
