In mysql
Enter "SHOW KEYS FROM `xoops_bb_posts_text` "
It said"Can't open file: 'xoops_bb_posts_text.MYD'. (errno: 145)"
What shall I do?

Try restarting your MySQL server, i had a similar problem when opened myphpadmin

I found The way to over the problme.
Just enter:
REPAIR TABLE xoops_bb_posts_text
Thank goodness
