I fix it...but don't know how it recover or not.

Upgrade all componets of Apache and restart..then add error_reporting(0); to error_reporting(E_ALL);
in include/common.php.

but don't know which point make it work... i wonder.
it may the common.php as i upgrade the apache then try ..still the same.
