These two files I have forgotten them because I had to put my site as:
"db:system_bookmarks.html"
"db:system_fbcomments.html"
For this reason, as they build a module, also updating the code for the module TDMCreate widening it from time to time. -
Either way you create them for now with these two codes:

These codes are on my site, have the foresight to replace the url needed.
You can customize with css ids or classes to your liking...
