You can do it manually by going to your 3 cache directories located in your xoops_data/cache directory and deleting any files inside xoops_cache smarty_cache and smarty_compile.

And look for a table called "sessions" in your database and delete all records in that table.

You must have some sort of directory access to delete the files either through an FTP type connection or a file manager program on your site.

To access your database you will use whatever tool your host provides. phpmyadmin seems to be the best util out there to do this.

seems to not work, thank you for helping btw.

I fixed it other way, i saved the database and installed everything again and imported the database again and everything seems to be fine now.
