When submitting a site for approval, you need to be submitting a top level domain. I know your site looks like it is, but actually it isn't.

Click on the link and check for yourself. The 'co' here isn't like the 'co' in co.uk, but its actually the name of a website called 'co'. Its a bit like trying to submit www.estufs.google.cc, not going to get approved.

Others who have tried to register sites with this domain have had exactly the same problem. .cc is the only domain from these islands. I haven't looked at your site, so the issues above may well be pertinent, but whatever you do you're not going to get approved with a subdomain.

Now you may well have seen .co.cc sites with Adsense on. That would be correct, because after these publishers have been approved with a top level domain, they can then use the code on any site.
