Are the files coming back as INVALID because the database upgrade failed and therefore the files and database don't match?

Going to restore my site from back up when I get home tonight and put off upgrading as long as possible I guess.

Already solved this for my friend Daethian ;)

Problems occured to me when using Fantastico (it removed all not-xoops folders - even modules and themes).

I manually fixed it, but now it should work perfectly ^^
I used to use this account, but no longer.
