Another thing which I find very useful for using the image manager (new or not) is a plugin in the editor to use it (like what we have in TinyMCE or the DHTML one). If XOOPS decides to go for a modular image manager rather than one in the core I hope we can get plugins for it in the most common editors.

And you'll see... My I'm working for it, My ultimate goal is an image manager common to all editors... wysiwyg o not

i'dlike to ask you if it is possible to automatic resize image to default set when i upload an image. this will be realy helpfoull.

ciao my problem is that i would like my user don't have to resize image before upload with imagemanager in a news. so it can be nice if the admin can set a size (wich is good for my theme) and so the user if want to upload a larger image as just to upload and the system resize automatically the image.
if you need more detail is better i write you in italian...
