You need to edit block title background images also. The bottom center block should fade from blue to red, It is starting on blue but not ending on red.

Well in fact, I think you should remove background images from block titles and use just background color. Also make the navbar menu without that rounded effect. It is not looking consistent.

For now i have just changed the color to center center blocks to blue. Kindly check it out and let me know if its fine now.

Since it uses lot of contrast I have removed every shade effects, etc. Keep it simple.

Above site is not mine, there is a lot of mess in front page so, don´t go there.

Removed the background images from the center center block and set the color to blue.
I will remove the effect on menu or will modify it to see if i can make it consistent.

Can you just let me know, where is the effect being inconsistent so maybe i'll first try to make it consistent and if it does not still work then will remove the effects.

What I say is that you should not use shadow effects(rounded) when making a site based on contrast(squared).

But is just my opinion, I'm no theme designer.
