No, it doesn't.
Please download it from http://xoops.peak.ne.jp/md/mydownloads/

However, you'll need to override one file in Altys - see the /extras directory in XOOPS 2.3.1 read the "altsys_functions.txt" file about it.

thank you, follow the instructions and the module does not appear and disappear modules that I have to install.

INSTALL:

- set XOOPS_TRUST_PATH into mainfile.php
- copy xoops_trus_path/libs/ in the archive into XOOPS_TRUST_PATH/
- copy html/modules/altsys in the archive into XOOPS_ROOT_PATH/modules/
- install it

I do not understand what I do here:

- set XOOPS_TRUST_PATH into mainfile.php

If you've installed properly 2.3.1, then the XOOPS_TRUST_PATH is already set for you and it's the /xoops_lib directory (unless you've manually set it somewhere else).

For the other points, do the same as in case of pico:

- copy xoops_trust_path/libs/ in the archive into yourxoops/xoops_lib
- copy html/modules/altsys in the archive into yourxoops/modules/
- install it

For more info about the XOOPS_TRUST_PATH concept, please read this

Also, please remember that in 2.3.x, the Installation sets automatically the XOOPS_TRUST_PATH to yourxoops/xoops_lib directory. So if any module require you to copy any files to your XOOPS_TRUST_PATH, copy them to:
yourxoops/xoops_lib

Modules disappear when copying the folder html/modules/altsys within modules.

Did you copy:
- xoops_trust_path/libs/ into yourxoops/xoops_lib

You need to have in your mainfile.php something like this:

Quote:
// Physical path to the XOOPS library directory WITHOUT trailing slash
define( 'XOOPS_PATH', 'yourxoops/xoops_lib' );
// Physical path to the XOOPS datafiles (writable) directory WITHOUT trailing slash
define( 'XOOPS_VAR_PATH', 'yourxoops/xoops_data' );

As per Installation instructions, the

yourxoops/xoops_data

directory and its subdirectories have to be set to 777.

Can you check on this?

BTW - do you have the Protector installed?

System: Update 2.0.18.2 to 2.3.1 Final.
I have installed protector.
The write permissions are given.

mainfile.php:

// For forward compatibility
// Physical path to the XOOPS library directory WITHOUT trailing slash
define( 'XOOPS_PATH', 'C:/Inetpub/vhosts/misitio.com/httpdocs/protector' );
// Physical path to the XOOPS datafiles (writable) directory WITHOUT trailing slash
define( 'XOOPS_VAR_PATH', 'C:/Inetpub/vhosts/misitio.com/httpdocs/xoops_data' );
// Alias of XOOPS_PATH, for compatibility, temporary solution
define("XOOPS_TRUST_PATH", XOOPS_PATH);

define ( 'XOOPS_PATH', 'yourxoops / xoops_lib'), this line was not on any side.

I think, we are getting closer

In all my steps that I've written before, replace:
yourxoops/xoops_lib
with
C:/Inetpub/vhosts/misitio.com/httpdocs/protector

So for example, copy the Altsys directory:
xoops_trust_path/libs/
to
C:/Inetpub/vhosts/misitio.com/httpdocs/protector

The same for Pico, and this should solve the problem.
