This is what i did in theme.html. Cause the flash banner is still not showing up.

Fix the widths and filename to your liking.

Hey ...

Why don't you easily enter in templates_c, delete all files from there, enter into your home page, press F5 or Refresh, enter again in templates_c. A file with like this (but no this file) %%76^76B^76B1CEB6%%theme.html.php will apear. Open it in dreamweaver or your editor and to the design tab you can add how many flash you want. Then Save it, go and paste it in templates_c.(aaa....if you'll get an error simply just turn off read-only setting of the original file)
