As others have stated, refreshing brake away from the usual design pattern.

May I point out:
- contact form:: set left-margin at the top "Contact us by filling out this form." to be inline with rest of form
- same for "Služby"
- and I like how you use the news module for your portfolio
- news/portfolio: everything is a little to 'squshed' to the left, give it a little breathing space (left-margin/padding: 4px?)
- also try to get the project description to the right of the thumbnail, that will balance it more, the left can be quite heavy at times

Sorry if this sounds just negative, but that is what I believe you were after - constructive criticizm

One last issue, the colour you used for the borders, match them with the logo.
