Thank you everyone.
I wait to receive the translations from chardiar(spanish) and WarDick (english), and then I would propose this module on 'Module repository'.

NB: a little bug (preview contact by mail) will be fixed in contact.php (zip ugraded).

Before I include files language in the zip, translations are available
spanish
english (must be perhaps polish)
