Theme looks pretty good, there is a small bug with it when I view it in Mozilla, the header seems to repeat itself, and some of the sizes of tables look a bit off, I don't know if that is a browser issue or what, but I want to give it a shot at converting it.

You mean the XOOPS logos? First is a logo - second is a banner

Tables do have a little extra work, so if you can improve it, go ahead - would be easier working off my conversion than doing it all from scratch, wouldn't you say? Just knock yourself out on it.

I watch all my work from Mozilla - so I'm more used to having bugs in IE than in Mozilla
