i set "can upload pictures" YES for group users but when a user want to upload a pic this line display in the page:

Where did you find information about Coppermine supporting media files such as video and flash movies? I went to their SourceForge site but didn't see any mention of this support in their release notes for the previous 3 releases.

I found it in their forum. I don't think it's a Coopermine official release yet, but there was a link to a release of 1.2.1 with the hack included. From what I gather though there is no thumbnail creation support for anything other than static images, but I don't know if this is a Coopermine or GD limitation.
