Hi!

I installed xoopsgallery and I have no idea where to put netpbm or which version or file is appropriate to download.

I have shared hosting on a Windows NT server. Please help me!

You would need root access to the server, just ask your host if they have NetPBM or ImageMagick installed, if not, you have an issue!
