Checked it out now. Everything works on PHP 7.1-7.3. That's what confuses me.
But the blocks are not output.

I installed XOOPS 2.5.11-RC2. And I am glad that the errors in the control panel have disappeared. Very good. I will use and test.

Please keep testing, but don't use this version on your production sites yet, till we release the final version.
