Look what happens with windows 8 from the repository of xoops ...
nothing has changed.

with my repository can easily download and upload everything without errors.

at this moment I do not know what it is because you are able to work well.

is the fourth folder that I create and it's always the same problem, do you think the provider has given me access restrictions for a limited amount of bandwidth?

With the help of Michael I managed to solve this problem...

If you checkout the files from the repository using only http://, the files will be downloaded only reading, if you are using https://, you download the file to manipulate it in local work copy and then re-send them to the svn
