Unfortunately, CKFinder is not free. Unless you paid for it, you can use it only for demo/evaluation purposes, so we couldn't have it as part of XOOPS.
But it would be definitely great to have something like this in XOOPS.
I hope the somebody could take this
Image Manager or something similar, merged it together with the ImageEditor that Luciorota is working on, and create a nice seamless (but modular) "XOOPS Media Manager"
