For the left menu, go to
/modules/system/templates/blocks/system_block_mainmenu.html

and insert after line 12 (which is: "")

<a class="menuMain" href="http://supportforums.hostedwith.us/forum/">Forumsa>

That should do it.

I am not sure what script do you use for the top, but just follow the way it was done for the entries on top.
