it moves everything, including the weird bar right along with it. lol.
i think i'm just going to give up on this one. this theme doesnt like me.

I think this will fix it:

Add the bold text to these to lines:
#header-l {margin: 0;padding: 0;background: transparent url("../images/tl.gif") no-repeat left [b]top[/b];height: 194px;}
#header-r {margin: 0;padding: 0;background: transparent url("../images/tr.gif") no-repeat right [b]top[/b];height: 194px;}
