Ok, so it is happening in XoopsGallery... I do not know what it, but when I disable the module everything works well.

I hope somebody comes up with a solution..

strange thing hapend on my site.That error occured yestrday and dissapired today!!

The error removed as soon as I removed my Xoopsgallery blocks - so I know its related to this.

Also my host moved to a new server, and this has apparently changed the paths (Xoopsgallery stores them in the MySQL database - but stores the complete path ... which has changed...) but I do want to have my new images blocks back....

I get the same error randomly, at the top of the site just above the logo. I can't cause it to happen.

It started happening when I attempted to install XLanguage. the installation failed so I removed Xlanguage. I started to get error in the popnublog module and the user information screen, I disabled the popnublog then this error.

Xoops 2.0.16
Xlangauge 3.01
popnublog 3.12
My Sql 4.0.27- Standard
php 4.4.7

Did anyone find a fix for this?
