it could possibily be that changing title bar... took me like 5 seconds to load but it seems that can be it if ur still having problems.

Edit: how did u make it so if sumone tries to view source they cant? and the moving title bar since i cant see the code

Do they like scripts in the title?

Your site loaded pretty fast here in south Texas.

selwyn, just an update.

I checked your site again on a different box (same spec etc) and your load time has reduced about 50%

The ticker title bar does grab my attention and kept me occupied while it loaded, but I agree with wardick's comment about this.

You might want to try using gzip compression, this could reduce loading times as well.

is gzip compression is something we can apply by ourself, or it is something our web hosting need to apply (in their server setup)?

Normally most servers come with this installed, and most applications make use of it. If you click on the System admin icon, Preferences and General Settings you will see the option there to use this. (Use gzip compression?).

You may want to do a search in this forum for a hack by Jan303 (I think) that will correct a small issue with this part.

thanks for your feedback Catzwolf. i tried the suggested gzip comp setup in preference and found my website is not working anymore. i guess it must be my hosting doesn't have this gzip feature installed?

Do you have php debugging enabled? If so then that is the reason why you are getting the white page, as I said you need to track down that hack I suggested =)
