Besides, you can look User and Pass Admin in my next PM. Of course, I uploaded correctly all files. I upload how zip. Oh, I'm vietnamese so I'm bad english and I'm 15 years old, I'm very very bad IT and xoops.

I logged on to check it out, and seems the error is not longer there, has it been fixed? if so what was the cause?

oh, I still can't fix it. You have proceed Group, if so you see error. If you choose language Vietnamese, you will click "Bảng điều hành hệ thống", then click System, then click "Quyền thành viên", you see error
Thanks you. User and Admin pass don't chance. You use it as old as at least
