It looks pretty good, but hard to read, mostly because of the justified text. Until browsers develop the ability to hyphenate text (breaking words between syllables from one line to the next), justified text is a bad idea.

Also for readability's sake, I'd also suggest turning the center two columns on your home page into one column and kicking the text size up a bit.

Still, it's an attractive site.
