Hello how can i update my newbb i have XOOPS latest version..and i use the forum build on xoops...i want to upgrade it to newbb how can i do it?? without messing my sql and maintain the post and category in my forum

what about the Sql?? when i update that? what happen?

dont worry about anything.just follow the upgrade instrunction and the upgrade script update your newbb tables.

i just did but my category and forum are all gone how can i update to newbb that my forum and category will be copied

yes for example newbb1_to_newbb2.php upgrade scritp update all _bb_ tables as well.you dont need to change anything manually in database

i dont see any upgrade script.. i downloaded the newbb new version is there any updates for me to execute?

i just updated it.. the only problem is when i try to delete a topic or any post its not deleted i dont know why
