My Site have sudenly stoped working with an error message

when I enter my site address I get the following error message: Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /hsphere/local/home/bdiallo/malinet.net/kernel/config.php on line 222
Unknown Condition []: in file line


Can somebody help.

Your host has upgraded PHP to version 4.3.10 without upgrading the Zend Optimizer - contact your host.
