Will CBB be modified for xoops 2.2?

One of the nice features of 2.2 is the ability to “clone” blocks easily. The News module’s “Recent News” block can be cloned and display only certain topics so a site can have 10 blocks with each showing the most recent news for each topic.

Any chance the CBB “Recent Posts” will be modified to allow which topics to display in the block? This will allow cloning and displaying in the same manner as the News does.
