To make the changes to the text specified, just look into the xroster/language/english/main.php and modinfo.php files.

I believe public forums are there, to make information available to the public. This should be a reocurring issue, and therefore should this information be available in the public forums, not only in your private email inbox!
I'm convinced, that I'm not alone with this opinion.
Maybe you could direct the person to your open forums instead...
