hello,
1 ) I ınstall XOOPS portal here:
>>>>>> " mysite.com/xyz/"

but ı must change this :
>>>>>> "mysite.com"

how can ı change this ?

2 )how can I create "top page" and install?

You need to edit mainfile.php to reflect your path changes. Clear the template_c and cache folders and you should be done.

The only potential problem would be any hard coded links will not work and will need to be manually edited.

Also see this Faq Page not all of it applies to just changing directories, but may help you.
