A Xoops-SMF bridge will be released from Simple Machines at the same time as the release of SMF 1.1 RC2.

It will require no hacks to the core files of either XOOPS nor SMF.

You may test the sample of the integration module here:

Thanks to the devs of XOOPS for making third-party module development fairly easy and painless. Good work. This is a great CMS.

this is a really great news (thanks orstio). and i know i have picked an excellent cms

hopefully there will be conversion scripts available, so people can convert to this smf..

I just installed. Install went without a hitch. Click on the link, and I am getting this error:

Are all from a module named "shop". There seems to be some unrelated problems there.

Not sure what you are saying...I cannot access the module via admin to configure, I get the same error.

Do I need to configure something in index.php?
Can you point me to some documentation on this?
