Could anyone help me please? when I opened my site this morning all content was gone, just the header is visible. in the adminsection no more blocks were available. I have emptied the cache and updated the modules like somewhere on this forum was suggested, without any luck. any suggestion is appreciated!

Ok, fixed. After once more clearing the cache using FTP all blocks were back in admin. However not visible in the website. It appeared all groups rights were defaulted to only anonymous. Changed that back to the right settings and things are fine again. Leaves me with an unpleasant feeling about settings changing just like that.....
