My users have commented that the meter block is a bit confusing in it's color and wording. For example:

Donat-o-Meter Stats
September's Goal: $55.00
Due Date: Sep 30
Gross Amount: $0.00
Net Balance: $0.00
Surplus: $-55.00

You can see that our monthly goal is 55.00. Today is the first of the month and there are no donations. Yet the bottom line shows a Surplus of -55.00 and the font color is green. The word Surplus contradicts the - sign as does the color green. Shouldn't this be in red and the word Surplus changed to something more accurate?

I managed to fix the colors. I don't know if I did it the proper way but it's changed. I changed the word SURPLUS to Balance also.

I can't figure out how to get the MINUS sign off when we have surpassed our goal. Can someone help me with this at least???
