I'm on the cusp of beginning a brand new intranet site using XOOPS and can't wait to get started. HOWEVER, one colleague is concerned that there's no official, standard module for blogging. I've read several of the forums under each of the blog modules available and all I read are negative comments about how hard it was for the users to get it all working. I want to setup my site (very small as our firm is c.20 people) with the blogging section more prominent than the forum section to start with. Can someone please explain to me the plethora of blogging modules - what actually works and what doesn't and what is a nice simple one that will give a similar format to blogger.com within my intranet that is searchable on my site?
