For some reason I, after my upgrade, I can no longer delete inaktive users. So I am about to drown in inactive users, trying to reregister with the same user name and e-mail address...

I found this thread but I can't understand it (I am a pretty advanced XOOPS-user/admin but don't know any programming):

I have read about other users having this problem as well. Can it really be a bug? Seems like XOOPS 2.2.3 is lacking some really vital functions (Inbox/PM another huge problem for me)...
