I've tried many different modules for a menu but can't find one for this. Maybe someone could help me out. What I need is for a module (I guess) to do this:

Have a main link called Features

Then have sub links from features that show up in the menu like Feature 1, Feature 2 etc

So it would be like

Features
-Category
-Links in Category
-Category 2
-Links in Category 2

See how there is Features, then columns, then the columns such as Sprawl's Scrawl? Any module that can do that?

I would suggest Multi Menu 1.7 It does main links and permanent sublinks like that. It does dynamic sublinks as well. Bare in mind though to get that look you would have to edit the menu settings in style.css for you theme, as it controls the look of your menus.
