On my old HTML website, I had a homepage redirect the used java script (from the script source) to a website that was correct for their screen size. Basically I had a 800x600 site, a copy only in 1024x768, 1600x1200 so forth.

is there anyway to enable a feature like this with Xoops? I know the XOOPS site is dynamic, but my logo/banner isn't and I have no idea how to make it dynamic.
