What forum does the Xoops site use?

I've been curious for a month!

Which forum software does the XOOPS site use? What I like most is how the "Forum Options" and "Search Forum" have the hover effect (like VBulletin does), so you don't actually have to click on it to see the options or to search. Is that some kind of mod?
