Everything seems to be in chinese.. is there a way to change it to english?

Not sure what you mean by everything. The style.css is in english and 98% of the Theme.html is in english. To fix the nav bar menu, just edit out the the chinese characters in the theme.html to their english equivalent:

 Blue_lagoon with CBB

With this theme, CBB (NewBB) does not show the forums. What is the fix needed for this? With the default theme, the forums are visible.

Any help is appreciated.
