Description:
Upgrade patch from XOOPS 2.0.13 to XOOPS version 2.2

Upgrade from 2.0.13 by:
1) Upload patch contents of the html folder
2) Run /xoopsupdate.php from your webserver's XOOPS root
3) Reload the page until you get a submit button asking you to upgrade to XOOPS 2.2
4) Press the button
5) Delete xoopsupdate.php from your webserver's XOOPS root

If upgrading, do not upload the contents of the /html/install folder in this archive
