Modules: Version 0.06 of VirusInfo module released

Hi,
I've written version 0.06 of the VirusInfo module. The changes since the last version (0.01) are that I've now included four blocks in the code, added a nice icon to the module, and changed the layout of the VirusInfo page. The new blocks show Top virus threats, an Alert monitor, and virus news. You can download the file at:http://portal.tequila.fortytwo.nl/modules/mydownloads/visit.php?lid=1

I'd love to give this module a try, but it just seems too sketchy at this point. For instance, a quick look at xoopsversion.php shows this:

$modversion['version'] = 0.01;

0.01? I thought this was supposed to be version 0.06.
And also:

$modversion['image'] = 'greeter_slogo.png';

There's no file called greeter_slogo.png in any folder that I can see.

If there are fundamental problems like this, I'm not convinced I should try it. Of course, I know it's still a beta, and I'm eager to try it out when it's ready. My site could certainly use something like this. But I think I'll pass until a little later in the development process.

Hi,

You are absolutely right. Í forgot to change the file that the link refers to, so you downloaded the 0.01 version. I've changed the link so you can download 0.06 now. It is still sketchy, but works. You have to fiddle around with the blocks and groups abit to get the blocks where you want them, and then you can get a nice result. have a look athttp://portal.tequila.fortytwo.nl/
