Re: Spanish design & development site made in XoopsThe theme is in beta stage now. There are a bit of tweaks to do. Basically it's made with CSS, and a few lines of code at the main menu block.
I wanted to be original, and break the 'standard appareance' for most of CMS sites.
May be I release it after a time.
