Looks like a great addition to the Freecontent module.

(Off Topic: Does anyone know if it is legal to rewrap the contents of another site in the United States? I can't keep track of where the courts are at on this... I remember TicketMaster suing Microsoft for deep linking to their web site... but, I don't recall the outcome or if it has been superceded).

I don't know, but I have been clicking on some links and a couple of times I was asked to subscribe to the particular newspaper at which I was looking. So I don't think it's deep linking here, but just something like rss.

It's rss links and when you click on them, you go to the site where the article is. The articles aren't on your own site with this module. This module is just improving on the headlines module because it looks a heck of alot better than the current headlines module.

I still don;t understand what does this module do...
Is it still a freecontent?

WebDigest feature allows to show instant digest headlines from ANY HTML output webpages, so they are ordinary pages.

In v3.0 it is actually just a webpage's "Link Summerisor", it extracts webpage's most relevant url attached headlines. Furture versions will also have "Text Summerisation" capability generating abstract of webpage's most significant content.

Freecontent will ultimately become an "Attention Management" tool in our current World of "Attention Economy".

Ok, I see, some kind of intelligent collector of news. Will it also be possible to give it some input like what kind of news(or other) you want to display, or does it 'only' collect from selected sites.
I'm very interested in the intelligent collection, because internet looks a bit like life, always changing. To me it's interesting to get the info I want, the place changes.
(my God, that's a lot of bla bla, ok finish)
