ZentrackXoops 2.6.0.4 RC2 Released

| The 2nd Release Candidate of ZentrackXoops, a fully customizable help desk, bug tracking, and project management system, has just been released.
In addition to the new features in RC1, the following major enhancements have been implemented:
- Module administration moved to Xoops Admin System.
- Module and Admin access fully handled by Xoops Groups
- Xoops and Module User management has better integration. Some security issues from RC1 resolved
- A few cosmetic improvements
