How do I set a default Avatar for members who do not upload their own for use in the forums for example?

You just need to overwrite the file "/uploads/avatars/blank.gif" with the file of your choosing keeping the same file name and this in turn will display your new avatar if required.

Please note that this file may be used elsewhere in your site so make a backup of the original first!
