Forms is a module based and powered by lawsuit, it is a module which allows the end user to customise form inputs for a contact us page. The pages have a form binnded to them which ensure that they can encompass any real situation with permissioning and control mechanism display a content page based on category and page id.

Forms allows you to have a contact us page of any variables you want within the Xoops form object library.
