"Pico bello !"
piCal 0.60 is a great calendar module. It has nearly every feature one can dream of. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it. Once you have it configured and have put it through its paces, you're not likely to uninstall it.

Yet, my wishlist contains two items:

I would love to have a global preference setting to display the hours of the activities in an am/pm or a 24 hour format.
IMHO it doesn't make sense to display the timezone (ie. GMT+1) if it doesn't account for DST.

Congratulations
|

"A Great Module" After trying all of the other calendar modules I came back to this one. I guess that’s an endorsement all on its own. The interface is clean and includes all the bells and whistles you would expect. Adding events is easy and you can insert formatted contents. Event time, length, recurrence, group privacy and much more are configurable. I only gave a 9 however because there were a few things that I would like changed in future versions. The interface is nicely done however there are fixed widths “hard coded” that require lots of rooting around to change. It would be nice as well if the color settings were all in a cascading style sheet, rather than having some of them in the preferences and others not. Overall piCal is a very nice module. |
