Survey by Bluemoon
The Bluemoon.Multi-Survey is based on the phpESP. It has been ported to XOOPS 2 with modifications
and enhancements. You can create many different kinds of surveys.

1.Edit by Browser: You can makes any kinds of form without enginner skill.
2.Easy Input: It has browser and mail questionnare interface.
3.Get a Response: You can receive response via email with attached files and see the result by browser.
4.When combined with PopnupBlog, it can be save a response as blog (with/without attach files).

"bugs!" excellent module! But a bug hampers this module. When export the data to cvs form, the program export only one of the columns in relevant table. All other columns were filled with this value. What a pity! Who can correct the bug? And can it display all the data after one submit an entry? thanks!
